I have personally been a huge fan of Hoxton Mini Press since I was first introduced to them in my first year of university. Their books are so beautifully made AND reasonably priced which is something I always look for in a photobook publishers.

When I first received the email regarding the book launch I knew I needed to share it on our notice board.

Iain McKell’s “New Girl Order” is a fantastic body of work which transports you to feeling equally as liberated as the young artists photographed. In a world when women are constantly fighting to be heard, McKell shines a spotlight on those who celebrate their individuality and shout it out to make every woman feel involved in the revolution.

Renowned photographer Iain McKell spent two years immersed in a community of young female artists, documenting their unique performances, parties and personalities. The resulting visual diary is a celebration of freedom and self-expression, and a reminder to embrace the most creative parts of who we are.

New Girl Order by Iain McKell is published by Hoxton Mini Press on 18 April 2019.
